Alexander Kasiarum | Vic Firth Drum Set Artist

Alexander Kasiarum is a multi-genre drummer, session musician and educator from Ukraine. His musical career began in 2003 after joining the heavy metal band “Conquest”. He later recorded the album “Frozen Sky” with them in 2005 and joined them on the road for the album’s live concerts. In 2007 he became a member of Joncofy, who shared the stage with After the Burial, Monuments, Tesseract, Hacktivist, Vildhjarta, Skyharbor, Jeff Loomis, Scar Symmetry and many others. Since 2010 Alex has been actively engaged in studio and live session work out of his personal studio in Kyiv. He’s recorded tracks for many bands domestically in the Ukraine and internationally including Russia, France, and the US. He launched his online drum school in 2012 and has been actively engaged with this ever since.
